Muddiest point for week #7

I understand that Google uses the Crawling method to give its users the result they need, how about Yahoo and other search engines, do they use the same method, or there are different methods that search engines use?

It depends on what you mean by crawling. As I understand it, Google looks at hyperlinks, not webpages, to determine build it's index and rank its results.
Each search engine uses a different proprietary method/algorithm for the way it ranks and crawls the web to build their own indices.
